A Service Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type II report is designed to meet the needs of existing or potential customers who require assurance around the effectiveness of controls at a service organization that are relevant to the security, availability, or processing integrity of the system used by the service organization to process customers’ information, as well as the confidentiality of that information.

Amperon’s SOC 2 Type II examination took place over a three month period from February 1st, 2021 to April 30th, 2021, whereby our auditors rigorously reviewed our internal controls and operations to ensure continuous compliance with the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) SOC 2 standards. The report found that Amperon’s systems and controls are designed to uphold the Trust Services Criteria and are operating effectively with no exceptions, demonstrating the highest level of compliance.
